Robin Adams has been a writer since childhood. At just six years old, she wrote, illustrated, and assembled her first children's picture book using construction paper and handwritten pages—a creative endeavor that marked the beginning of a lifelong passion for storytelling.

She earned a degree in Liberal Arts with minors in Child Development and Psychology. Combining her love of writing with her dedication to helping children learn, Robin became certified as a Special Education Paraprofessional within the public school system, where she developed educational materials for children with learning differences. A versatile and dedicated writer, she specializes in children's literature, drawing upon a lifetime of experience in both writing and education.

Over the years, Robin has published numerous crafts and short stories in publications including Highlights for Children, Story Friends, and Holidays and Seasonal Celebrations Magazine. Her book credits include contributions to The Big All-Year Book of Holidays and Seasonal Celebrations (Teaching & Learning Company, 2002). She also contributed more than forty craft projects to Boyds Mills Press titles, including Fun to Make Crafts for Easter and Fun to Make Crafts for Every Day (2005).

Robin is also the author of the middle-grade adventure series Journey of the Tiger Amulet: Hope, Strength, and Courage, as well as the picture books Dancing with Grandpa and Up on the Roof.

She resides in Canton, Georgia, where she continues to share her passion for writing, creativity, and education. In 2016, she founded Inklings Creative Expressions, an organization dedicated to educating, encouraging, and inspiring writers of all ages through critique groups, classes, workshops, and author events.
